Weekend PM Sanitation (6 PM–6 AM)

The Weekend PM Sanitation role is onsite in Plymouth, WI, working Friday through Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Starting pay is $27.07 per hour, increasing to $27.35 after 90 days and $28.17 after one year, plus a $2.00 per hour shift differential. The sanitation team cleans production rooms and equipment to maintain a safe, hygienic food-production environment. The role prepares, cleans, and sanitizes production equipment and food-contact surfaces, then reassembles equipment for production use. Following written sanitation procedures and safe chemical handling supports the company’s production and food-safety operations.

What you'll do

• Prepare equipment for cleaning by removing product, covering electrical parts, and disassembling components as needed
• clean equipment with air guns, hot water, cleaning solutions, and manual scrubbing
• clean smaller parts in the C.O.P. tank
• prepare cleaning and sanitizing solutions
• sanitize food-contact surfaces
• reassemble equipment and replace guards, covers, and catch pans.
