What you'll do

• Translate retail strategy into market, branch, and call center plans and goals
• oversee deposit, consumer loan, relationship, referral, and digital adoption targets
• monitor performance and direct corrective action
• guide branch footprint, staffing, hours, service delivery, and channel strategy
• maintain consistent operating, service, risk, and compliance standards
• develop retail leaders
• advise executive leadership and represent retail priorities across the Bank and in the community. Travel throughout the Bank’s market footprint may be up to 75% of the time.
