What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis and document findings
• adjust treatment plans as indicated and notify clinical leaders or physicians as needed
• provide patient and family education
• coordinate safe hemodialysis delivery with care staff
• administer prescribed medications
• assist with emergency response
• ensure laboratory collection and processing
• update nursing assessments and plans of care
• support staff training as assigned
• complete CAP requirements.
