Technical Project Coordinator

The role helps projects progress efficiently from development toward manufacturing readiness through BOM management, procurement coordination, and status reporting.

What you'll do

• Support program managers with project planning, scheduling, and execution
• coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items
• maintain schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• manage BOM creation, maintenance, and changes
• coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on BOM accuracy, part availability, and engineering change orders
• coordinate procurement for prototype and production materials
• track long-lead components and material readiness
• assist with shortages, substitutions, and supplier issues
• prepare project reports and dashboards
• maintain project documentation and improve processes.
