What you'll do

• Convey lumber from the feed table to the sidematcher
• visually inspect boards and select feed orientation to maximize usable footage
• feed stock into machine rollers
• stop the machine to help remove jams or make minor adjustments
• assist with machine setup and cleaning
• remove scrap or defective wood and place it on the waste conveyor.
