Health Center Lead, Registered Nurse (RN)

The Health Center Lead, Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in Sidney, OH. Compensation is $45–$48 per hour. The role supports QuadMed’s workplace health and wellness services and is primarily patient-facing, with approximately 90% of the work dedicated to direct patient care. The nurse provides clinical care and helps coordinate daily health center operations, supporting efficient workflows, staff effectiveness, and a positive patient experience. The role also serves as a resource for staff and partners with operations leadership to address routine needs and escalate issues as appropriate.

What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• document patient information
• administer medications, immunizations, and treatments
• perform laboratory and diagnostic testing and escalate critical values
• assist providers with examinations and procedures
• educate patients
• support care coordination and case management
• maintain compliant electronic medical records
• follow infection control, safety, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements
• coordinate workflows and staff schedules
• support onboarding, training, supply management, quality improvement, and patient concerns
• provide EHR super-user support.
