Concierge and Receptionist

The Concierge and Receptionist role is full-time and onsite in Bradenton, FL; pay is $16–$17 per hour. The position is based at Inspired Living at Hidden Lakes, a senior living community. What you'll do

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and guests
• answer calls and direct inquiries
• maintain an inviting lobby
• assist with mail, packages, and everyday requests
• support activities
• answer prospective residents’ questions and assist with tours as needed
• support sales and marketing inquiries and materials
• assist with resident documentation and file maintenance while maintaining confidentiality
• collaborate with community leaders.
