What you'll do

• Own new-hire onboarding, including I-9 verification, background checks, system access, orientation, and first-week schedules. Support employee questions, benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave administration
• partner with hiring managers on recruiting and interviews
• maintain HRIS records and support compliance audits. Help develop retention and review processes, organize company events and training, coordinate offboarding, and improve HR workflows.
