Packaging Operator

Job overview

The Packaging Operator role is onsite in Boston, MA. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. Barrel One Collective’s packaging team helps ensure the quality, consistency, and efficiency of brewery products before distribution across New England.

What you'll do

• Operate packaging equipment and production lines, monitor product quality, perform quality-control checks, complete production logs, track raw materials, assist with line setup and changeovers, maintain clean and sanitary equipment and workspaces, troubleshoot production issues, and follow standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices, and safety procedures.
