Personal Trainer — Farmington, MN

The Personal Trainer role is onsite, providing in-person coaching at clients’ homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors in Farmington, MN. Pay is $35–$45 per hour based on experience and client retention. Svetness provides clients and a concierge team to handle scheduling and client requests. The trainer designs programs based on client goals and assessments, coaches proper exercise form, and tracks sessions and progress using the Svetness Fitness App. This individualized coaching supports clients’ fitness goals, while reassessments help track their progress over time.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one and couples’ fitness coaching in clients’ homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors
• design workout programs based on client goals and assessments
• demonstrate exercises and adjust as needed to support proper form
• track progress, session notes, and reassessments using the Svetness Fitness App
• maintain client appointments and scheduling
• commute to client locations up to 45 minutes.
