The aide provides client-centered support at home, helping clients with daily living, companionship, and household tasks while following nurse-provided care plans and reporting changes in condition.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• give medication reminders
• follow individualized nurse-provided care plans
• report changes in client condition
• maintain accurate, timely documentation.
