The Head Camp Cook role is based at a remote Alaska camp, with Anchorage, Alaska, as the point of hire. The schedule is four weeks on and four weeks off, and pay is $21–$23 per hour. ESS Support Services Worldwide provides food and facility maintenance services at remote land sites and offshore locations. The cook prepares meals and manages kitchen operations for camp residents while helping maintain clean, comfortable living spaces. The role supports daily camp life through meal planning, food safety, inventory, sanitation, and, as assigned, oversight of food service associates.

What you'll do

• Prepare and serve meals for camp residents
• manage kitchen operations, food safety, inventory, and meal planning
• follow recipes and HACCP guidelines
• store and label food
• clean equipment and work areas
• maintain production records and required logs
• assist with employee cross-training
• clean resident rooms, restrooms, and common areas.
