What you'll do

• Greet prospective and current residents
• conduct property tours
• guide prospective residents through applications and follow up on application status
• communicate with residents by email, telephone, and in person
• maintain resident files
• accept rental payments
• manage apartment availability and pricing
• uphold property curb appeal, attention to detail, resident experience, and brand standards.
