What you'll do

• Greet guests and assist with video gaming needs
• recommend additional items when appropriate
• support store sales initiatives and the shopping environment
• help keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised
• stock and restock merchandise and move products from the stock room to the sales floor
• support sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals
• address guest questions and escalate issues to a store keyholder
• follow inventory control, loss prevention, safety, and company policies.
