Senior Territory Manager – Interventional Urology

Job overview

Senior Territory Manager – Interventional Urology is an onsite role based in Portland, OR, with expected travel of 50%–60%. The stated pay range is $110,000–$220,000 per year, inclusive of commissions. Teleflex's Interventional Urology unit develops minimally invasive devices for urology, including the UroLift System and Barrigel Rectal Spacer. The role builds relationships with physicians and other key customers, communicates product value, and develops accounts to adopt the portfolio's products. It contributes to territory revenue goals and supports clinical education, customer service, and compliant product use.

What you'll do

• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas
• develop territory plans and forecasts
• communicate product value propositions
• identify, train, and develop accounts for product adoption
• monitor market conditions
• collaborate with Professional Education teams on clinical training
• cultivate customer and key opinion leader relationships
• coordinate with sales, marketing, customer service, and finance
• submit sales reports
• assist with product complaints and safety issues
• follow organizational policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and FDA regulations
• maintain required hospital credentials
• manage travel and expenses within budget.
