What you'll do

• Prepare energy audits, heat-loss analyses, and building condition inspections
• identify cost-effective improvements and health and safety issues
• develop project work lists
• prepare and execute owner agreements
• provide energy conservation education
• maintain production and project schedules
• prepare bid packages, solicit and review contractor bids
• maintain vehicle and equipment schedules
• provide program report information and maintain project files
• complete lead-based paint assessments and assigned construction work.
