What you'll do

• Review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements
• support employment claims and advise HR on employment matters
• manage restrictive covenant enforcement
• review cargo claims, freight disputes, and third-party demands
• draft demand and denial letters and settlement agreements
• collaborate with business teams and outside counsel
• train teams on recurring contract and claims issues.
