The Registered Nurse (RN), Quality Assurance role is onsite in Clackamas, OR, with Providence Willamette Falls Medical Center as the primary location and Providence Milwaukie Hospital as a secondary location; rare travel to Providence Newberg Medical Center is noted. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. Compensation is $50.14–$77.83 per hour. The role supports quality initiatives across Providence Health and Services Oregon. The nurse assesses and supports quality initiatives, helps ensure compliance with regulatory and payer requirements, and works with physician and hospital leaders on quality improvement, risk monitoring, and reduction. The role facilitates and mentors department teams to improve clinical and non-clinical systems and care processes.

What you'll do

• Assess, evaluate, and support quality initiatives across Providence Health and Services Oregon
• provide concurrent and retrospective support for compliance with Center for Medicare and Medicaid requirements, Joint Commission requirements, administrative and program personnel, and third-party payors
• work with physician leadership, directors, and managers to develop and implement quality efforts
• support preparation, risk monitoring, and risk reduction in clinical and non-clinical systems
• coordinate multidisciplinary quality improvement projects
• facilitate and mentor department teams on performance improvement
• make decisions on recommendations and innovative solutions.
