Senior Reactor Operator in Bel Air, MD. This is an onsite, full-time position with a salary range of $159,000.00 to $182,000.00 per year during training, and $191,000.00+ per year after obtaining SRO license. Constellation Energy is a leading producer of clean, carbon-free energy. The primary purpose of this role is to train and prepare to perform the duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor who holds a Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) License, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Peach Bottom Generating Station.

What you'll do

• Attend Initial License Training (ILT) including classroom and on-the-job training.
• Successfully complete all phases of training to obtain an SRO license.
• Perform duties of an Operations Shift Supervisor.
• Supervise licensed reactor operators and equipment operators.
• Perform other job assignments and duties as directed by management, including emergency response and outage support.
