What you'll do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, ambulating, and feeding
• participate in shift-change nursing reports
• follow incontinence-care protocols
• transport residents to appointments and activities
• reposition residents
• perform care-plan restorative procedures
• measure and record vital signs
• respond to calls and monitor residents
• observe and report changes, skin breakdown, and injuries
• maintain a clean environment
• and follow infection-control guidelines, resident rights, regulations, and facility policies.
