Precision CNC Milling and Turning Specialist

Job overview

The Precision CNC Milling and Turning Specialist role is onsite in Ellwood City, PA; compensation is $20–$40 per hour. The position supports Hall Industries’ production of machined components, fabrications, and assemblies. The specialist sets up and operates CNC mills or lathes, verifies parts against specifications, and maintains production and quality records. Safe, accurate production and effective shift handoffs support throughput and product quality.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts
• interpret work orders, blueprints, and GD&T tolerances
• use math and measuring tools to verify conformance
• follow safety procedures
• perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• maintain production and quality logs
• communicate shift handoffs and irregularities
• optionally assist with proving part programs and setting tool registers when needed.
