Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete work orders and property repairs, including painting, carpentry, wall repair, and minor plumbing, electrical, heating, and air-conditioning work
• maintain common areas and grounds
• respond to after-hours emergencies when directed
• track maintenance supplies and inventory
• maintain fire and life-safety equipment
• schedule and oversee vendors
• document preventive maintenance
• perform unit inspections and submit purchase orders.
