The Lead Rehabilitation Technician — Eastwood, 2nd Shift role is onsite in Kalamazoo, MI, for 40 hours per week, with pay of $19.63 per hour. Hope Network Rehabilitation Services supports people recovering from traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries as they work toward greater independence. The lead technician combines hands-on client support with team leadership to help deliver safe, person-centered rehabilitation services. The role coaches and oversees rehabilitation technicians, supports daily living and medication needs, coordinates with medical providers, and helps clients participate in community activities and build independence.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and III staff
• participate in the on-call rotation
• handle administrative needs and coordinate with medical providers
• assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and medications
• support community outings, transportation, and activities
• build positive relationships and encourage independence
• help maintain a safe, structured, supportive environment.
