The Project Executive – Luxury Residential Construction role combines office-based leadership with regular onsite engagement in New York, NY. Compensation is $190,000–$215,000 per year. The role leads a portfolio of high-end residential construction projects for a design-driven, client-focused construction firm. The Project Executive provides strategic oversight of project teams and is accountable for client satisfaction, financial performance, project execution, and staff development. The role coordinates budgets, schedules, procurement, site quality, project administration, closeout, and client relationships to deliver projects aligned with company standards.

• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, cash flow, cost control, contracts, schedules, procurement, site safety and quality, project records, reporting, and closeout

Why this role

The posting requires at least 10 years of high-end residential construction and management experience and at least five years supervising and developing personnel. A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
