The Behavior Consultant / Mobile Therapist role is onsite in Pottsville, PA, with compensation of $38–$44 per hour. Services are provided in Schuylkill County, including in home and community environments. Matrix Behavior Solutions provides free supervision to qualified BACB candidates. The role develops and implements individualized, evidence-based treatment with clients and families, supports caregivers and other professionals, and coordinates clinical information. It contributes to client growth by helping implement treatment plans, modeling appropriate behaviors, and supporting caregiver-child relationships and family functioning.

What you'll do

• Develop individualized client treatment plans using evidence-based practices
• provide therapy in home and community settings
• support implementation of plans written by the supervising Behavior Consultant or BCBA
• support parents, teachers, community officials, and direct-care staff
• model appropriate behaviors
• coordinate and exchange clinical information with professionals and agencies
• develop therapeutic systems and growth experiences for clients and families
• provide positive engagement interventions and support caregiver-child attachments and executive skills.
