What you'll do

• Facilitate groups following Charlie Health best practices and using assigned curriculum.
• Foster client engagement and group cohesion.
• Monitor treatment documentation.
• Maintain professional ethics.
• Complete onboarding requirements.
• Meet with supervisor monthly.
• Respond to communication promptly.
• Review curriculum prior to group.
• Arrive early to scheduled group time.
• Facilitate groups across age groups and cohorts.
• Work collaboratively across the care team.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree

Experience

Master's degree in mental health or related field; Experience working with youth and young adults; Skilled in conducting group treatment.
