What you'll do

• Provide personal care, companion care, and emotional support
• prepare meals and perform light housekeeping

• assist with mobility and transfers
• transport clients to appointments and errands
• provide dementia and Alzheimer's care
• monitor safety and help prevent falls
• assist with activities of daily living
• communicate with family members and the care team
• document client care accurately.
