• Own the accuracy and margin impact of preconstruction estimates.
• Design and restructure the estimating team.
• Supervise direct reports.
• Refine operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain estimating systems and databases.
• Lead client-facing pricing exercises.
• Manage risk analysis.
• Present and defend pricing to Executive Leadership.
