What you'll do

• Manage estimates and trade packages from bid setup through submission and turnover
• build bidder lists and solicit coverage
• perform quantity takeoffs and prepare scope sheets, worksheets, clarifications, and bid comparisons
• review proposals
• participate in bid reviews
• assist with buyout
• support awarded projects with vendor administration, change pricing, commitment tracking, and cost management.
