What you'll do

  • Provide day-to-day leadership for assigned capital projects and program workstreams
  • manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder coordination
  • represent the Program Manager in meetings and reviews
  • lead requirements development, functional programming, planning, design coordination, construction oversight, risk management, and transition planning
  • coordinate multidisciplinary teams and project disciplines
  • review design and construction deliverables
  • oversee estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and schedule analysis
  • support quality assurance, inspections, testing, commissioning, and closeout
  • prepare reports, dashboards, decision papers, and stakeholder communications.
