Senior Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Analyst

Compensation is $95,000–$105,000 per year. The role supports Subsplash’s IT team, which maintains business services and security across IT systems. The analyst leads compliance, audit, access governance, security awareness, and vendor-risk work to mature the organization’s control environment. The role tracks risks and remediation, supports PCI DSS and SOX controls, reports program health to leadership, and is expected to identify and deploy AI tools to scale GRC operations.

What you'll do

• Lead external PCI DSS audit execution and support internal IT SOX audits
• maintain data inventories and flow diagrams
• map controls across PCI DSS and NIST CSF
• report GRC program health and metrics
• lead user access reviews and monitor joiner/mover/leaver processes
• run security awareness and phishing programs
• conduct vendor security reviews
• maintain the corporate risk register and track remediation.
