What you'll do

• Oversee assigned residential program operations
• provide orientation, ongoing support, and mentorship to team members
• support Program Specialists' development
• assist the Director with departmental goals and policies
• ensure compliance with applicable residential regulations and conduct annual self-licensing inspections
• review referrals and coordinate admissions
• review individuals' financial transactions
• assist with budgets and monitor expenses
• and collaborate on clinical decisions and plan quality.
