Customer Service Representative — Sales and Rental

What you'll do

• Sell and service home furnishings, appliances, and electronics
• deliver or pick up merchandise
• perform basic in-store repair or refurbishment of returned items
• retain customer accounts
• contact customers with expired agreements and manage accounts to keep customers on rent. The role requires carrying furniture and lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted.
