What you'll do

• Support new client starts and caregiver introductions
• provide short-notice and emergency caregiving coverage
• coach caregivers in client homes
• observe caregivers and reinforce care plans, documentation, professionalism, and safe practices
• assist with orientation and hands-on training
• conduct client quality visits
• help resolve service and safety concerns
• assist with scheduling, coordination, and office duties
• document visits and follow-up
• participate in rotating after-hours and weekend on-call coverage.
