What you'll do

• Respond to service requests and prioritize emergency repairs
• perform plumbing, minor electrical, HVAC, appliance, carpentry, drywall, lock, window, door, and exterior repairs
• complete apartment make-ready work and punch lists
• inspect units and common areas
• conduct final walkthroughs with a manager or supervisor
• follow safety procedures and maintain work records and supply inventory
• communicate repair status to residents and property staff
• be on call for after-hours emergencies as scheduled.
