What you'll do

• Apply company human resources policies consistently

• assist with onsite investigations
• oversee hourly recruitment and onboarding

• support legal compliance and review HR activity reports
• support survey interpretation and feedback
• attend manager meetings, conduct training, and implement HR initiatives
• review and process status changes
• support diversity activities, development plans, and annual performance appraisals.

Why this role
