What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while following site procedures
• respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random armed patrols of interiors, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter
• monitor access and verify credentials as required
• report suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and policy violations
• prepare activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
