What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace, and repair heavy equipment and specialized attachments
• maintain a safe and organized work environment
• maintain shop tools and equipment
• move supplies and equipment
• load and unload trucks
• perform assembly work using machinery and tools
• inspect parts and report defects
• ensure repaired equipment meets cosmetic requirements
• return unused parts to inventory
• maintain detailed repair records
• perform diagnostic inspections and annual certifications
• assist the Shop Foreman with projects
• welding, cutting, painting, or grinding may be required.
