What you'll do

• Support the Retail Supervisor and Retail Chief
• supervise and motivate retail team members
• promote safety and environmental stewardship
• maintain store cleanliness and organization
• serve customers
• communicate sales and marketing initiatives
• manage phones, cash drawers, paperwork, and supplies
• support onboarding and training
• maintain vendor relationships
• and monitor policy and procedure compliance.

Why this role
