What you'll do

• Support the store management team and supervise the closing shift
• delegate tasks and set priorities when management is absent
• guide team members and communicate store information
• serve customers, educate them about products, and resolve complaints when management is absent
• follow merchandising and pricing guidelines
• maintain store presentation, inventory, and stocking
• complete point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, daily reports, and opening and closing procedures
• secure deposits and meet daily goals. Work a varied retail schedule that includes evenings and weekends
• lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.
