CFSS Support Worker

Job overview

The CFSS Support Worker role is onsite in Benson, MN, and pays $17.00–$18.50 per hour. Compensation is hourly. Circle of Life Home Care serves seniors, children, and people with disabilities, with a mission to honor those it serves and help clients remain independent at home and in their communities. The role provides personal care and assistance under each client’s care plan, supporting daily activities, a safe home environment, and clients’ social and emotional needs. It also helps clients with household tasks and documents care while reporting safety concerns to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Provide personal care according to care plans
• assist with activities of daily living, instrumental activities of daily living, and other health-related tasks
• maintain a safe, clean home
• document care
• assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands, shopping, and transportation arrangements
• report safety concerns
• provide social and emotional support
• maintain confidentiality and required training.
