What you'll do

• Provide structured evening support to foster parents and children
• help maintain safe and supportive environments
• supervise and support children during increased needs, absences, or emergencies
• provide age-appropriate education assistance and programming
• support foster parents through behavioral or family challenges
• assist with routines, behavior strategies, treatment plans, and skill-building
• respond to placement concerns and crises
• transport children to visits and approved activities
• provide trauma-informed psychoeducation resources
• communicate concerns and document services
• participate in rotating weekend assignments and assigned overnight coverage
• maintain required certifications and confidentiality.
