Job overview

The Behavior Technician role is onsite in Bloomington, IN, with compensation of $19–$25 per hour for direct service, including a $15–$21 base rate plus $4 per hour for direct client time. Supportive Community Innovations provides ABA therapy and other services for people with autism, developmental differences, and behavioral or mental health concerns. Working under BCBA supervision, the technician implements treatment plans and supports clients’ developmental and behavioral goals. The role contributes to coordinated, outcome-focused care through data collection, caregiver communication, and collaboration with other providers.

What you'll do

  • Provide individual and group ABA interventions under BCBA supervision
  • deliver therapy in homes, community settings, and outpatient offices
  • support children’s developmental and behavioral goals
  • collect data using digital tools
  • implement BCBA-designed treatment plans and strategies
  • communicate progress and challenges to caregivers and the team
  • collaborate with other providers
  • attend supervision, meetings, and training
  • work toward and maintain RBT certification.
