The counselor provides direct supervision and therapeutic support to youth, teaches daily living skills, reinforces appropriate behaviors, and documents progress and incidents. The role contributes to youth treatment and development as part of an interactive team that includes nursing, education, therapists, and psychiatrists.

What you'll do

• Provide direct supervision to assigned youth
