What you'll do

• Collect, wash, and put away kitchenware using dish and pot-washing equipment
• hand-wash items as needed
• clean and sanitize kitchen, bakery, warehouse, office, and bathrooms
• deep-clean equipment and work areas
• manage cleaning-supply inventory and help organize ingredient and product inventory
• report equipment, maintenance, and inventory issues
• follow sanitation and food-safety requirements.
