What you'll do

• Complete property work orders safely and promptly
• prepare vacant units for occupancy and maintain make-ready status
• service appliances, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
• re-key apartments and assist with move-in and move-out inspections
• conduct building walk-downs
• maintain grounds and building interiors and exteriors
• support custodial work and curb appeal
• identify and report unsafe conditions
• follow chemical-storage, PPE, OSHA, and ADA requirements
• maintain tools and supply inventory and daily time records
• participate in a standby emergency schedule for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage.
