Patient Service Representative, Clinic Receptionist

What you'll do

• Welcome and direct visitors
• check patients in and out, verify demographic and insurance information, collect copays, and document in Epic
• answer and route calls and portal messages
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• manage correspondence, mail, records, and clerical tasks
• support billing, collections, insurance verification, and authorizations
• schedule tests or procedures based on clinician orders
• coordinate with providers, nurses, and other staff
• handle patient information confidentially in compliance with HIPAA and FQHC standards.
