The Exterior Door Shop Associate role is onsite at BPI’s Sioux Falls Millwork facility in Sioux Falls, SD. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. The associate builds and assembles exterior door systems to customer specifications, inspecting work and packaging completed units. The role supports accurate production, quality standards, and dependable service to BPI customers.

What you'll do

• Build, assemble, and customize exterior door units to production requirements and customer specifications
• install insulation, caulk, hinges, panels, and weatherstripping
• package completed units
• operate power tools and learn production equipment including door lite cutters and CNC machinery
• inspect work for quality
• follow production schedules and safety practices
• keep work areas clean and organized
• collaborate with teammates to meet production goals.
