The Registered Dietitian, Inpatient Clinical Nutrition role is onsite in Madera, CA. Compensation is $38–$40 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports inpatient nutrition care at a Level 1 trauma center, as part of Thomas Cuisine’s clinical nutrition team. The dietitian assesses patients’ nutrition needs and develops individualized care plans to support recovery and outcomes. The role contributes clinical nutrition expertise through interventions, education, interdisciplinary collaboration, and coordination with dining services.

What you'll do

• Complete nutrition assessments and individualized care plans
• provide nutrition interventions and monitor progress
• collaborate in care conferences and discharge planning
• recommend and manage therapeutic, enteral, and parenteral nutrition plans
• educate patients, families, and healthcare staff
• support regulatory and therapeutic diet standards
• mentor interns, students, and new team members.
