Hospice Billing Representative

What you'll do

• Process hospice claims under Medicare, Medicaid, and payer guidelines
• review claims for accuracy
• research and resolve denials
• determine whether services are related to a hospice diagnosis using records and correspondence
• coordinate with providers and clinical staff
• bill facilities when they are financially responsible
• maintain compliant documentation and audit trails
• and support audits and revenue cycle operations.
